2026 BARGAINING UPDATE:
We submitted a fair, equitable Compensation proposal that reflects our value and the needs of our families.
MSU aDMIN responded by showing us what they really think: they do not value our labor.
Where do their priorities actually lie? The numbers speak for themselves.
Management thinks a 1% increase is a 'fair' standard. But 1% of a $351,736 salary is a luxury vacation;
1% of our salary doesn't even cover the rising cost of gas and groceries.
2023-2024: The average raise for this group was 15.77%.
